Order and Shipping Policies

All orders will ship within 2 weeks of your online order. Any delays in processing will be communicated within 24 hours.

Return Policy

Only defective merchandise can be returned to Dee&Lala. Merchandise must be received in it's original condition and packaging within 15 business days from receipt. If the merchandise is defective due to a Dee&Lala error, purchase and shipping costs will be reimbursed, otherwise all shipping costs related to receiving and returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

Limited Quantity Items

All products sold online are made and stocked in limited quantities. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process your order.

A Word on Sustainability

We use 100% Cotton Paper "tree free" for our letterpress prints. All of our paper remnants are used for other products, reused for test prints, or recycled. Dee&Lala is a solar powered studio.
